Marcus’ is a visually striking affair, arrayed with modern art from the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club’s owners, including original pieces by Andy Warhol, Liu Ye and Nelson Mandela and many more. The signature restaurant occupies the former Gazebo Room, once a grand ballroom, offering a central bar and Harbour views. A preview of menu items include the Dockyard IPA BBQ short rib for two, fried chicken & waffles and the fish chowder bites which pay tribute to Bermudian culture. Marcus’ also features a full beverage menu with a new spin on a local favourite, ginger beer-based Darker and Stormier.
